growing girl!

olivia finally had her 9 month appointment. she weighs 23.1 lbs, is 29 1/2 inches long and i don't remember her head circumference but don't worry- it's above the 97th percentile. whatever that means. big brains, right?! a few shots of the biggest girl......

we went to the driving range with adam the other night and she was not in to it. 

she loves to stand up and lean against the wall. so fancy!

you know you're pooped when you can't quite lay down to go to sleep...poor thing was practicing yoga in her sleep last night.

yes, i bribe my baby with food. don't judge me. she finally started crawling and not scooting the other day. i had to roll up her dress though, otherwise she was slipping and sliding all over the wood floor. she thinks she is big stuff now. 

saturday fun

saturday we took olivia to support her cousin coleman at his first soccer game with the hippo team. as soon as we heard that team name, we knew we couldn't miss it! here are some shots...

here we begin with olivia's easter basket... not too much but just the perfect treats for her. binkies, some eggs filled with puffs, a new sippy cup to try out and a fabulous spring night gown. oh, and some pink easter grass which--big surprise--was her fav.

so, like i said, kind of random shots. i didn't get any pictures of dinner or of us as a family pre-church. we were running late and the self timer on top of the car didn't work out. we hosted dinner here which began as a nightmare when the oven practically caught on fire from burning butter, but ended great with everyone stuffed and having a good time. happy easter 2009!

g-land

yesterday my parents were supposed to leave for atlanta to watch my sister's lacrosse games. bad weather = no trip = spontaneous trip to gatorland. olivia and i got the invite and we headed out the door! here are some pictures from orlando's greatest half-day attraction. 

this was so hilarious. she practically ripped this little baby croc (yes, they have those at gatorland too) out of this guy's hands when we first arrived. ready to party!!!
