waiting in line to see santa, strategically keeping him out of view until after we had gotten our shot with him. she is terrified of strangers lately which is NOT enjoyable but what can i do? (note: strangers in this use means anyone but adam and i.. and the occasional random relative she will temporarily tolerate.)

Hey glam gal, you look like a babe with your hair that way! I love that Olivia isn't loving strangers these days. Ruby is racist and screams a horrified bloody murder scream when she gets near anyone who isn't white. It's humiliating for us. She is TERRIFIED of our sweet cleaning lady, Maria. Each time she comes to clean she just can't resist running over to touch Ruby and each time Ruby goes into hysterics---you'd think Maria would've learned by now. Bracken was also racist and terrified of Josh's black friend Arthur. Thankfully he has outgrown that phase of intolerance.
Oh wow- I am obsessed with little Olivia's outfit and her smile melts my heart. What a cutie! Hope you are enjoying the florida weather...it's so nice out here still, but I'm sure the snow will fall soon....and probably stay through june since we've had such a long fall season.
